Yes, our offer includes all costs. In case of import, customs clearance costs and duties are also included.

Once the 3D design of the object has been defined and approved, the mold is designed according to the customer’s requests and the specifications of the presses intended for production.
The mold design is discussed and shared with the customer. Once the design is approved, construction begins.
During construction we send to the client a production report on a weekly basis
At the end of construction, before the surface finishing is carried out, the T1 test is performed. The samples are analyzed and sent to the customer for approval.
If the customer requests changes, a second T2 test is carried out after the changes.
Once the T1 and/or T2 tests have been approved, the surface finishing process begins, along with the new T3 test and the final samples are sent.
For each test, a report with video is sent to the customer
In some cases, a final test is performed in the presence of the customer’s technicians for final approval of the mold.

Thanks to our extensive experience working remotely with reliable suppliers, we have consolidated our production control systems. We receive routine reports on production processes, and for particularly challenging molds, we personally visit to verify progress and perform final tests.
Modern communication systems have now eliminated the risk of misunderstanding that could originally have arisen.

Any changes can be made in Italy very quickly.
Likewise, we can guarantee ordinary and extraordinary maintenance operations on the delivered molds.

Even for imported molds, we use standardized international brands available in Italy, so both we and our customers can order spare parts directly from the supplier. Customers can request a specific brand of their choice when placing their order.

When we’re asked for just the products, we have many options for reaching an agreement with the customer. The cost variables for the equipment, the quantities of product required, and the size of the delivery batches are analyzed together with the customer to reach the most advantageous solution for everyone. It’s usually not difficult to find a balanced solution.
